I missed this episode (Carrier), but I managed to watch the last part. Jean was really freaking out when she had bulgy warts growing on her hands. She claimed that she was told to do so to kill people by the people who abducted her. Her disease caused a sweep of deaths in the area but really, you will never guess what her powers really were - it was human purification. Apparently, she got her powers the wrong way. This deadly contagion transmitted when her hands were punctured killed instantly. There is not much to write about this 4400 because I did not watch the show, so please forgive me.
